Here are a few fun get togethers coming up at the farm.

Saturday, March 10th, 6:30 - 9, Movie and Discussion Night

"The Permaculture Orchard - Beyond Organic" proposes a more holistic, regenerative approach to fruit growing inspired by permaculture principles, featuring Stefan Sobkowiak from his farm in Quebec. Can be for any size of backyard garden to full scale orchard.

"Beautiful, full of hard-won information, humble, practical. Great work!" - Edible Forest Gardens.

Feel free to bring snacks to share. We provide tea and water.

Wednesday, March 21st, 7 to 9 p.m. - Improv is Fun!

"Improv For Everyone!" A few of us wanted more spice out of life, so we are starting our own Improv classes every Wednesday night during the spring season. We will be guided by improv material from the "Improv Bible" and it's sure to be a hilarious time! Drop in, or come every week - $2 donation requested to cover costs.

Saturday, April 14th, 6:30 - 9, Movie and Discussion Night

'CALL OF THE FOREST: The Forgotten Wisdom of Trees' by Jeff McKay and hosted by Diana Beresford-Kroeger. She is a residing Canadian (born in Ireland) and one of Utne Readers World Visionairies, a scientist, and an author.

The video's tagline descriptor reads: "Call of the Forest is a film of rare significance. it draws the viewer into the green world that sustains life on this planet at a critical ecological point."

Discussion afterwards facilitated by Jerre Paquette. Tea and water provided. Feel free to bring snacks to share. Donation requested to cover costs.

Saturday, April 28, 7 - 9 pm - Habit Talks with Jerre Paquette

"Habit Talks Interactive Workshop" The habits we have, whether good ones or bad ones, are the key determiners of the quality of our lives. If you are not in charge of your habits, you are not in charge of your life.

This presentation will provide you with the means to both identify your most troubling habits and then change them to better support your dreams, goals, and expectations.

You won't leave the presentation a changed person, but you'll come to the follow-up (there will be one!) as THE NEW, IMPROVED YOU.
